Hellfire System test, its the upper part (36 of ~150 rocket launchers) of an "autonomous" weapon system on a frigate. The stuff to the right is mainly for coding/calibration and testing. Form follows function, so aesthetics and placement of all the systems is just for testing pourposes right now.
