This mod adds a researchable upgrade to the planetary capital that will better adapt it to your ethics. the upgrade provides a moderate planet buff and a weak empire buff.
for example, the materialist one gives an adjacency for research and gives an empire wide research +1%

NOTE: this mod currently has no textures due to a lack of information online. any help is greatly appreciated :)
