You can grab mines in the new version of the game. To plant them you have to press Q, attract a monster to a planted mine and you'll stun him for a few seconds, this should unlock the achievement. (I actually got this one randomly, it just popped out of nowhere)

Near the lighthouse, there's a door which you can go inside (there's a note near it). This is a really dark cave so you should turn up the brightness a lot. Inside there's a note and a gas can for you to pick up. Proceed carefully since there's a monster in this next area, it walks around the same room unless it notices you. Plant a mine just in case you need to stun him. If you pass by this creature you'll come across a corpse with the key.

There's another door where you can get into, but this one is tricky and even deadly if you're not careful. Before going into this area, be sure to have a few mines to use, 2 are enough. This area is a bit maze-like and also some sort of prison. After going inside and grabbing the note, go right. You'll come across a cell type of doorway to your right, proceed there. You'll come across a little room with boxes, barrels and skeletons. In here you have go to the right but be careful! There's a creature waiting for you at the end of the hall! What you have to do is plant a mine in the middle of said hall, alert the monster so he starts chasing you and then head back so it'll be stunned with the mine (it doesn't damage you when stunned, also you can clip through him. Yay Early Access).



Run past him and head to the right as fast as you can, grab the gas can and the note, the husband should be right by the note. When heading back, be sure to plant another mine to stun the monster again. He'll be back to his previous location.

There's a total of 11 letters in the game. The ones you should worry the most are the notes inside the closed areas, especially the prison cells since dodging that monster may be tricky.

3. On your path if you take the left road when starting, it's next to a wooden building with 5 mines.


4. Near the lighthouse there's the entrance to the catacombs, the note is at the entrance.

6. By the houses close to the lighthouse (there's a monster nearby)


7. Go back to the start of the game and take the right path, there's a note shortly after going into higher ground

8. Keep going up until you eventually find this one in your way.


9. Progress a bit further from here and you'll find the entrance to the prison cells, there's a note at it's entrance


10. Inside the prison cell area, right after entering it.


11. Next to your husband in the prison cell area, the achievement unlocks after collecting the 11th note!

This is basically the "complete the game" achievement. You'll need to find 5 gas cans and the key to the lightouse.

The key is located inside the catacombs as I've mentioned earlier.

The gas cans are mostly found near the notes, I've put a red circle in the screenshots since they're not easy to spot.

3. This is the only isolated gas can, there's no note nearby it. It's to your left from the starting point, next to a house.

You can now access the lighthouse and complete the game, just spam E next to the beacon generator! If you have done all the achievments in one playthrough your screen should look something like this, congratulations!
