I'll shed some light on this mod:
It's amazing. It's a telekinesis that can also lift living beings (except for things like dragons).
The book is in the Archmage's Quarters in The College of Winterhold (on the enchanting table).
The ID is ##000D64. The first 2 numbers (##) changes depending on your mod load order, so in order to find it you can type the following into the console: help "unrlenting grip"
This will give you the ID for the book (which is misspelled as "Spell Tome: Unrlenting Grip").
For me, the ID is 18000D64, so to spawn it in I type the following: player.additem 18000D64 1
