Tired of the increased public order penalties in Age of Charlemagne, which makes the game much harder and more challenging than before? Then this mod is for you!

This mod reduces the public order penalties for the different tax rates in AOC to the ones found in the Grand Campaign of Attila.

Lowest: 0

Low: -1

Average: -5

High: -10

Highest: -25

Any feedback is appreciated, and if anyone knows I would like to know the original public order penalties from the original AOC before the update that made it skyrocket. I'll then update this mod with those parameters. Enjoy!
