Beskrivning
Be afraid of fire. Fire in Houses or Industrial can set fire to the large amount of forest in this map. So if you can handle that, then you can think about transporting 250.000 people by bus, tram, metro, train, ship or airplane. But always have money!

This was an easy, stress-free scenario which was perfect for a casual gaming day, however you need to edit the fire bit. Small city fires didn't start forest fires, so might be better to actually create a disaster or two to get the helicopters employed. Otherwise it was a great scenario, thanks

I gave your scenario a shot. It was quite easy, but still enjoyable. Beat it in 375 weeks with around 21k population, 1m in the bank and the fires were not really a problem. Thanks for making it.
