I must warn you, this is a b**** to plop. But be patient, it does go in. Your trying to line this up with WFC2,
while avoiding West Street and the Marina. Good Luck Jim!

Take your time, grab a coffee and a smoke (if your old enough!), and shut the door. But once its in, it looks AMAZING!!

READ THE INSTUCTIONS IN THE PIC THAT SHOWS YOU INSTRUCTIONS Duh! he he

If you cant be bothered, or give up trying to line it up, just wait a couple of days until I release the whole thing as one Shabang! Including the West Street Pedestrian Overpass, and its own backup power unit, incase of a power cut!

But if you have spent hours placing the other parts, then just grab this, thats what I've done anyhoo.
The whole complex will be about 35 - 40 meg.

So this has a bit of a high Tri count at just over 4,000 (sorry) and the lod is about 700.
but it is like four structures.
Its 2048 textures of course and 512 lod textures. Not that means much to you perhaps!
1:1 Scale

Oh you can plop your own trees in the planter boxes, I ran out of seeds....

AFTER DARK not needed, but I played with some settings and gave it quiet nightlife!
Dynamic Lighting, fixed shop lighting
Pathways for visitors and walkthroughs
Dining and takaways
Musical muted swings exhibition
Security patrols (see pic)
Random explosions (na just joking)

But enjoy it, have fun, but do rate up, or Ill think you dont like it! xx or shake shake!

oh another thing, buses arent picking people up, cims are getting pissed off and ordering taxis,
I've had to plop about 100 taxi stands to keep up.

yes Im dealing with vehicles going into warp. All of a sudden randomly all the vehicles go white and then into light speed - then dissapear.

@jamonbread1 - oh wow, I see, i never got this! thats horrible! The only thing I got with the whole complex (not this one) was flooding everytime I loaded the game. But that had sub buildings. I fixed that ok. I fixed it by not having any quays when plopping this, but putting in the quays AFTER this is plopped.

Theres no park or sub buildings on this one,it does go out of the Assett edit range, and I used the "move it" mod for the props -

This looks like a patch issue on the sub buildings in the Assett editor which they have to fix.
Can you keep me updated on this issue bud? Much appreciated

@cleavus Heres the simtrop link, it has pics in a link of the first post of what the power plant did which is what this building is doing for me... just on a smaller scale. Next time I fire up the game I'll send a pic if I manage to carve up time to play tomorrow... thanks man! I've got the building pretty close to quay walls so if this problem doesnt sound possible just ignore me haha

Hey! I love this complex. Its very unique so kudus to you! One problem is that this building is creating weird terrain glithces nearby, leveling surrounding areas. I don't know if this is the same problem, or why this only seems to be an issue after the games latest release but it is similar to Avanya's Large Coal Power Plant which was recently solved and reuploaded. The problem and solution were partly documented in the modding forums on simtropolis just FYI. I'm managing the problem and dealing with it either way... just thought I would let you know :)

@thethirdthree - your welcome bud! yes the ratio of people wanting 1:1 is about 90%, so have to go with that, and ignore the "too big comments"! - plus its easier to model in 1:1

if you find your game doesnt really load up, it might be your saved games after the stupid v6 update. We can always send you a saved game from here. good luck mate

@cleavus thanks man I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to only getting 1:1 assets. I haven't been able to get my game to load up again yet, but I'm uninstalling and reinstalling now to see if that works, but I can't wait to see this beauty.
