Build/PvP Menu

Description
Let your players pick between build or PvP mode!
Build mode gives your players god mode and noclip whereas PvP removes them.

Features
- Menu opens on player spawn
- 10 second cooldown between switching
- !build and !pvp chat commands
- No setup required! (sv_godmode must be 0)
- Takes the player out of noclip when they switch to PvP mode
- Minimal performance impact

Pretty nice server feature. It is possible to have a minimal configuration like enabling or not the noclip in build mode however?

Can you make it so that builders can't kill people in pvp, its in unfair advantage
