Replaces the Parrot with Thomas The Tank Engine.
And yes, it is colourable.

11/10 best PVK mod ever fathomed. In the 7 years I've played nothing has even come close to the level of dope this brings to the table. Use with parrot color changing script for maximum meme damage. (ง/͠-ᴥ┐͡-\)ง
