-growable (of course)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-2x2 Level 4 high residential building
-1074 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024x512 each)
-14 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormaps, specularmap, illuminationmap 256x128 each)

Part of my future Euro theme: You will be able to grow a city from small 2 story buildings to big 6 story buildings, all within the high residential zone.
