Gene Wilder Voice Mod

Description
Mod that adds voice lines from actor Gene Wilder as an option for soldiers. Includes 61 lines (I know that seems like a small amount in comparison with the other mods out there, but hey, I threw this junk together after watching one tutorial video, so hopefully it'll at least work) from movies Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Blazing Saddles, and Young Frankenstein (pronounced frahn-ken-steen).

This is the first mod I've made for anything ever, so if anyone uses it let me know if it works well on your end
