Two-storey kindergarten for 100 children (in game Elementary School, student capacity: 100).
Typical project 273 (2-04-17). Architect Lantsova.
The version "only building" - without the territory surrounding a kindergarten.
Also you can subsribe for "park version" of this asset.

The walls are painted in one of four colors - light pink, light yellow, light green, light blue.

For design of the territory of kindergarten you can use assets from the Playground Equipment collection.

It is perfect and just what I am looking for but it has an invalid LOD texture size that causes some graphical glitches. The wiki states that textures should be powers of two and 768 is not. It works but ugly black borders sometimes appear.

I have in plans a creation of three-storyed hospital - a П-shaped form, 2 wings, rizalits, bay windows.
