Wood Elves Corruption - "Forest Mist"

Hey Guys,

So... first off... some people won't like this mod as it makes it a little difficult to see things "crisp and clear"... but that's exactly what I wanted this mod to do !!!

If you watch the Wood Elves Intro video, you can see that the forest of Athel Loren is shrouded in a fog/mist. This makes sense given the lush environment of a forest like Athel Loren. I found that the map didn't reflect the intro video at all !!! So... I fixed that :)

What does this mod do ????

1. Removes the yellow "godrays", I really hated these a lot as they stood out too much.
   
2. I edited the effects for the WE Major settlments, adding dragonflies (two colors), as well as a few other effects.
   
3. Adds a fog/mist to each WE occupied region. As long as you hold the settlment, the mist is present. If you lose the region to an enemy faction... the fog will dissapear. So the mist is tied to the wood elves regions ONLY !!!!

So, there's TWO versions of this mod that you can install....

1. Graphic only version - This does not effect campaign gameplay... but it will swap out the models for WE Outposts to a Tier 2 WE Settlment (this has to occur).
   
   
2. Settlment Tier version - This DOES effect campaign gameplay... as it adds tiers to WE Major settlments.

Hope you enjoy this mod as much as I do !!! I find it really makes the WE faction feel like they're taking over the campaign map when you play as them.
