By Tim Simich and 4 collaborators
Finally after I found a way to edit and make maps in World Tour, I can teach everyone on installing a level editing software (Mapster32) into your game files.

Download the newer version of EDuke32 with Mapster32 here:

Installing the editor to the game files
1. Go to your Steam Library folder (Usually at: Windows: C:\Program Files (x86) or C:\Program Files. Mac: /Users/Username/Library/Application Support/ ).
2. Go to "SteamApps", then to "common", then to "Duke Nukem 3D Twentieth Anniversary World Tour"
3. Put the Mapster32 files (CFG, Text Document, Software) in the folder.

Mapster32 is ready to be used with World Tour.
Testing a map
1. Go to the maps folder in the files of duke nukem 3d.
2. make a backup of "E1L1.MAP".
3. put the map in the folder and rename it "E1L1.MAP".
Then play "Hollywood Holocaust".

Another way is opening "Dukeworkshopuploader" and uploading it under private/friends only visibility and then subscribing to said map.

"You could also type your map into the console: "map <mapname>" to test your map. Just make sure the map is in the main folder" March 1st, 2017

are there really still people alive that WANT to go through the tedium of making a map for Duke Nukem? OMFG I don't even know what to call it.

where is the Multiplayer Lobby ? I bought the game to play online but it looks like you can't host a match. Anyone know?

@D3rvish Eduke is merely so you can have Mapster32. WT doesn't come with a proprietary map editor, and besides which point, Mapster32 should have the minimum specifications for it to compatible with WT.
Any maps you make there will function in the game, and having the software in the game's direction gives you access to it's own assets, old and new.

@FerencCneref Yeah, not even MIDI files to go along with it. You only get to upload a map, an icon, I guess a few screenshots, but that's about it.
