Description
Found this house on Google Maps and liked the look of it so I made it in Garry's Mod, there should have been more bushes etc but apart from that its pretty well done from my veiw.

-3D Skybox (mountains)
-Small good for RP possibly
-lighting inside and outside of house
-Light Grid: 8
-Optimized for potatoes
