Oh but if you do edit the SBS like removing the solar panels off the station then make a backup of that save first ^^

So you could place them without the game crashign and now it crashes... weird.
So an unmodded game crashing when you insert the station.
Did you try debugging the save .sbs? If you don't feel confident about it
maybe the devs could take a look at your save game for you, they did that in the past.
They usually also have more insides on what the stacktrace is about ^^

I have all my blueprints saved. As soon as i spawn the station with solar panels the game crashed though...
