I found out you can remove mods ingame when go to "Free game" and then click on "advanced" there is an option to unsubscribe mods.

This way you can remove mods from the game when they not exist anymore in the workshop.

This option is not available at "load game" so I was looking at the wrong place :)

If you not mind you see your mod 2 times listed then this is not a problem.
But I like to have things clean. ;)

ok the only way I could fix this was by first remove all workshop content and then reinstall the game.

Your old mod is not listed anymore now.

I don't know how but the game keeps searching for mods which are not unsubscribed when they do not exist anymore and even when not activated in a save.

Remove at the two fashion. Load again the events, which are now, and start a new game. It can only be so. New fashion 826296085. A delete old nothing more!

If i do this the game crash and then then you get an error which say the game can't find the mod.lua of this old mod.

I deleted the map "825862835" from the folder "steam/steamapps/workshop/content/446800"
Are there more files to be deleted?

I removed the old workshop of fashion for a long time! You need it from your game folder delete!
