I have an updated version but will not post it until the winter 2016 contest is over. This is the version I published in time for the deadline

Changes of version two include:

Reduced guard count in "curtain room"
More spy movie jokes.
Fixes for 2 guards with patrol paths that get them stuck on furniture
Changes to the "treadmill laser" that prevent guards from occasionally holding the last laser open or doubling back.
Added 2 extra health kits.
Less "random coin spawns" and more fixed coins, especially for the beach you start on.
A vent system for sea level.
Changed some locked doors to unlocked doors.
Adjusted location of bird in "aviary" so it would always affect the guy by the door, and not the policeman across wall.
Moved the room names to prevent them being cut off by furniture and walls.
More scenery.
Bathroom stalls are north south so they can be used for avoiding guards, as in other levels.
Replaced floor tile room in basement with some escort guards and civs.
Coin blockers in the submarine due to its awkward geometry.
Made the water less ugly
Prevented digging into the ocean.
Put charather spawns in campaign order.
An open window connecting mainteince and curtain room.
Rotated some of the staircases.
A "one way" shortcut out of the missle silo to the right side of the map for the basement.
