A patch that replaces the .gui file so that it works with both the force ethics from A Galaxy Divided and the ethics added from Ethics & Government Rebuild.

Compatibility
All it does is change the .gui file for the empire edit screen. No other changes are needed.

@Last Leviathan I have the new version of the Ethics & Government Rebuild mod and the major issue is that the dark and light side ethics are no longer visible when the E&G is enabled.

is this needed if I just play with the base Mod and not the add ons?
