@The_Mad_Elir , hello there, i simply stumbled upon it and liked it. Of course i terraformed alot but the grass texture is not the vanilla one so it doesn't change to "normal" and somehow it never gets to be grass. I already have a 200 thousand city on it so don't worry. By this point, lots of assets and maps here are old since lots of people moved on to cities2.

@dfheryon Hi! I can't believe somebody actually stumbled upon this old junk I made. Not sure what you mean about "grass doesn't grow back" but I can confirm that I didn't use any actual grass assets, or "ploppables" if you will. I can't really tell you why, as this was a long time ago. For the sand aspect after terraforming, you can easily repaint those areas with terraforming tools. You might need a terraforming mod for it, but I'd recommend getting one anyway, as they offer a lot more flexibility than vanilla tools for shaping the map for your city. I could "rework" and update the map, though I'm not sure if there's anyone else who would actually care. But if you'd like and wouldn't mind starting a new city, I'd happily do that for you! Hello there, great map and i love it, been using it for a while by now but i do have a problem with it. Grass doesn't grow back and recently i discovered there's no grass actually, it's only painted. i wanted to teraform for an airport and the sand aspect of it is pretty ugly. Also the fact that there is no real grass it gives off a strange aspect, like fake. For the rest the map is great. thanks for the hard work. if you have a solution for the grass thing i'd really be grateful
