Fortune however smiled on the alliance in the form of a young enginneering student from Clackmanan technical college, and in a flash of HNC genius he created the prototype plans for a new style of war machine, boasting the full firepower of a light frigate the Land frigate gave the alliance the edge they needed, The ocean was already dominated by the alliance forces and now it was time to take the land.....

ok this one was made for major missiles Azarian Land campaign and now fufills all the low tech requirements (LAMS and shields removed)

Dual core sentietum (tm) processor with laz missiles and AA gun preferentially targetting air units.
Full off road capability with some very limited ability to slowly navigate water.

Large multiply redundant backup battery power.
Repair bots for all critical systems.
Lots of EMP protection.
A single invisible medium power shield over lightly armoured AA gun (off by default)
Radar, visual, IR, and radar sensors with overlapping view ranges, IR tracker, laser and coincidence range finder, and munitions warners.
The default drive system works very well in this thing , but I put 5 ACBs in cockpit if u want to change steering wheels and drive it like a tank.
WEAKNESESS: lasers and missiles, some of the AI stuff is a bit crowded in middle so can be AI sniped. AA gun is slow turning
