You need:
- Tampermonkey[chrome.google.com] if you are on Chrome
- Greasemoneky [addons.mozilla.org] if you are on Firefox
Install the following script:
https://greasyfork.org/scripts/26142-steam-community-friends-messenger/code/Steam%20Community%20-%20Friends%20Messenger.user.js

Step 2

Go to https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/chat

Once there, select the users you'd like to send the message to. When done selecting them, click on one and write down the message, then click the "Send To Selected Friends" button. You are also able to send the message just to the person you are writing to by clicking "Send" and you can unselect the friends by clicking "Invert Selection".
