This guide is divided into two parts, Individual rules and Group rules.
Individual rules regroups the rules to be applied individually (for one's own person).
Group rules are the rules to interact properly with other mates and form a coherent group.

The Individual rules, for reasons of readability, have been divided into sub-categories:
  • Security rules
  • Protection rules
  • Reaction rules

Security rules include the primary rules concerning your physical integrity as well as that of the group.

Protection rules include the rules allowing you to establish a security around you and the group.

Reaction rules are the rules that allow you to optimize your reactivity and apply effectively the other rules.

These rules are closely linked and should not be separated.
Individual rules
Security rules
  • Always double your shoot, don't shoot only once. Fire twice minimum (double tap)
  • Don't give your back to enemies (when hostiles spotted). If you need to go back to cover, point in the hostile direction and walk backward.
  • If you have an empty magazine during fire, don’t reload it now. Use your pistol and when the contact is over, go back in the squad to reload (don’t forget to be in the safe place in the squad, for you and for the team).
  • Don’t throw grenades if you are alone or not covered by mates.
  • Use the knife in last resort.
  • If you throw a grenade, announce it.

Protection rules
  • Cover uncovered spots. You don't need to be two to cover the same position.
  • If you don't have mate to cover you, protect your back (outside your angle of vision) with objects and/or walls
  • If you cross a hostile area or move to a cover while under fire, don't stop your walk. Fire suppress and take cover rapidly.
  • Don't forget to use objects and lean over it to protect yourself from direct shoots.
  • Your character is right-handed, lean on the right of an object (if possible) to have the best cover.

Reaction rules
  • Always point the muzzle in hostile directions, you will gain in reaction time.
  • Don’t aim if the target is close to you (under 5 meters, use reflex shoot)
  • Use the better stance depending the distance from you and the target. At medium distance crouch but at long distance prone.
  • Don’t run if you don’t need, you will gain in reaction time.
  • Don’t jump if is not necessary.
  • Don’t aim if you have no targets in your angle on vision. If you aim, your angle of vision reduce and you’ll be focused on the center of the vision.
  • Don’t use zoom scopes if you don’t have a sniper rifle and/or in CQC situations.
Group rules
  • Crouch if you are on the front of a squad, teammates behind you can shoot over you.
  • Don’t get up if you are crouched and you have a teammate firing behind you.
  • Don’t go in front of teammates during fire. If you need to move, move from the back of the mate.
  • Be minimum a "Battle pair".
  • Always use "Fire and Movement" tactics. Cover moving mates until they are in position before moving.
  • Don't throw smoke grenades on mates. They cannot see nothing, cannot shoot and enemies can progress easily.
  • Be agressive over hostiles.
  • When you need to enter in a building, proceed to a simultaneous attacks from different entry points to overload the hostiles to secure the area faster.
  • Do not give too much informations. Too much informations creates a complex situation and does not allow for quick reaction.
  • In a case you have several situations to deal with quickly, proceed in order of priority. Be sure to anticipate possible changes of other situations.
  • Communicate clearly, simply and fast.
Conclusion
A good knowledge of the basic rules as well as a good use of these will allow you to stay alive and protect your mates. However without work they are unnecessary.
Do not hesitate to work these regularly, as much as possible, you will make rapid progress.

Mate, that's excelent. Just bought the game and this Fps is harder than the others, which is good in my opinion.

Still, none of my team mates seems to understand the basics principles of working as a team in the middle of a shotting. lol

Do you have any groups to play, in a tactical way?
