Description
Nielsen Brothers & Co. building is a mid-rise department store indicates the rise of big businesses in your city. It was inspired by some buildings in old pictures of New York and Philadelphia.

I usually don't make them RICO. I'm just an old-fashion city builder. But it seems like some demends out there so I'll consider to make them RICO but I have to say it will be my second priority.

I like the second one a lot but it would probably be a 5x4 or a 6x5 unique if it was to be made so yeah, probably not the best choice :D

I totallly agree. My first choice would be the last one. I can see it as a perfect L3 4x4 corner office building since I'm mostly interested in creating growables. The others are also gorgeous as hell (especially the first one!) to have in the game but I'd use as inspiration for styles and shapes due to their sizes :)
