DON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE RICO AND PROPS

New building by me ;) Today it is asset based on building of Krasnodar city hall. This building located in center of Krasnodar near Theatre Squar on Krasnaya street.

In game:
- 4x11 office building;
- 60 workplaces;
- RICO (required);
- after dark;
- $30k cost;
- custom LOD with lightmaps

DON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE RICO AND PROPS
If you don't have RICO this building will be a monument in game without workplaces and other features.

Здание класс! Но антипарковочный столбик все равно не отображается после подписки, хотя в пропах он есть.

I really like this building, but is there a chance of an LOD model update? The roof color on the LOD is completely different and it looks really strange.

Nice office building. I like this style. But I find via the Loading Screen Mod that the building seems not to match the prop "Anti-Parking Pillar" although I've subscribed them. As a result the little prop is missing. Would you please find a solution?

@EminaTenone они кастомные, если на них не подписаться - их не будет. Вообще хотел сделать деревья, как на фотографии, но таких не нашел, а сам делать их не умею.
