Localization is disabled by default. Lost Towers SPARK should now have steady weapon.

Gives a +10 version of steady weapon innate to everybody. Unlike the stock-given ones, this ability doesn't end the turn, and should be able to be stacked with the stock ones.

If you prefer the old behaviour (+20 bonus, turn ender, stocks restored to vanilla functionality), adjust the ini. Otherwise delete the contained localization file if you're not adjusting the .ini to use vanilla stock behaviour, no easy way to auto-adjust text at the moment.


How much damage per tier, whether this steady weapon ability ends the turn, or how much bonus it gives can be adjusted in XComLWSteady.ini, located at (wherever XCOm 2 is installed)steamapps\workshop\content\268500\848745644

Further playing reveals it also does not affect the new hero classes.

Seems to work just fine in WoTC with the exception of not having an icon, just shows the default .img icon.

By the "way they were" do you mean override LW 2's changes and revert their behaviour to that of the vanilla game?

If you could or anybody, could you find the three Weapon Upgrades that i can change back to the way they were(Scope, Stock, and Hair Trigger)??

Looking at the code I think changing that to False will mean that Stocks no longer provide Steady Weapon and rather revert to their missed shots do damage behaviour.

So it's a "Keep Steady Weapon Ability on Stocks" boolean.

But I could be wrong...

What does keepsteady do in the ini?? :\ Is that so it doesn't decay?

@RealityMachina: I do read the description, but I was assuming the miss damage effect was activated as default. I've managed to adjust the config file to turn it on after I post that comment.
