Wiki page has more, one of the more interesting bits being their 20% reduced non-elemental* damage for adjacent allies.

*The wiki says Angels effect elemental damge, but the in-game description says "Lessens non-element damage to adj. allies." Since the wiki page is based off of the PSP version of Disgaea 2 (Dark Hero Days), it could be that the PSP Celestial Host ability worked differently. I'm betting the wiki probably has a typo though.
