Deleting your save game might not be as easy as it seems, but here is a guide to help you through the process.

Navigate to your game folder:
Steam\steamapps\common\Angels with Scaly Wings\game\
Delete the 'Saves' folder.

Go to: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

Delete the folder named 'Angels with Scaly Wings.'
If you can't find the 'AppData' folder, check out this link:

Right-click on the game in your Steam Library.
Click on 'Properties' and select the 'Updates' tab. At the bottom, disable 'Steam Cloud.'

Now, your save file should be deleted. If this does not work, try verifying the integrity of the game files.

Once you have created new save games, remember to enable Steam Cloud again to avoid losing your data.

P.S. The grammar has been fixed and the layout has been improved to make the guide easier to understand. I hope this helps you and others who wish to delete their save games.

You cannot delete Steam achievements, as they are permanently linked to your account. The only options for removing them would be to either hack Steam, which is not recommended, or create a new account.

ok... no saves, no status, no ingame achievments
it seems it worked for me
tough I may be different case. I played the game for a while years back, and uninstalled it after.
I installed it, then disabled cloud, then deleted both required folders and after booting game seems I'm on a clean slate, tough Steam achievments are still present

Does anyone know how to find appdata? I am trying to start this game over so I can play through it with a friend and am having trouble doing so

hey, never updated this with what happened, i eventually figured it out.... kinda..

i broke the game in a way i didn't know was possible. everything was wiped EXCEPT for my save slots. this actually ended up allowing me to not only do the true ending before any other ending but also to kill all the main 5 but still have them show up at the end... yeah idk how i did this but it was interesting to say the least

It still works! just tried it out, i will finally fully play this game once the second part is in reach so i can instantly continue with the second part without a big pause inbetween them, thanks!

This is a 3 years old Guide i have not played this game in a long time so if it don't work i can't help you at all. but try to read #gameboy1990 Comment and see if that work for you it may be the same problem you have.

it does not work, i deleted both and turned off the steam cloud, but it still brings back my save game
