The same Angry Hobo SWEP you know and love, nerfed for more reasonable servers.

This SWEP, originally authored by Professor Moretzsohn, allows you to throw boots using left click and scream Guy Yells At His Cats phrases with right click. Boots can be thrown once every 10 seconds, screams can be emitted once every 5.
