Custom factories that will load the map with just one weapon and no items or powerups. kami-ffa: kamikaze only, haste-ffa - permahaste with normal weapons and items

Usage: map mapname factory-name, eg- map hellsgate guantlets-ffa (or you can add to map pool file)
