In level 1 of "Investigator" the player can find a head of the character Johnny hidden in the bushes just beyond the area with the football and goal. The location is roughly halfway between where Thomas left the boat and the house where he finds a sleeping bag to overnight in.

This guide was posted before the release of the Survivor Update.
However, whether you play the original version or the Survivor Update, the hidden head is to be found in exactly the same spot.
There are small environmental differences between the two versions. The soccer ball and goal included in the video (original version) are absent in the Survivor Update. (Of course, the update includes five collectible soccer balls hidden throughout level 1.)
