A payload map map set in the theme with pirate-like town stuff and caves with lots of gold and other booty..

Early alpha warning:
Health/ammo is placeholders for now
No gates on spawns yet
Lighting is temporary
No optimization yet
Huge sightlines still with little balancing yet.
No 3d skybox yet.
