Introduction
This build aims to help you concluding your missions the quiet way. It is compatible with solo or multiplayers sessions, along with any difficulty level. It has been designed for stealth and therefore doesn't allow any mistake. This build isn't compatible with any kind of loud attempt.
If the alarm triggers, you'd better start running.

N.B: This build doesn't substitute the training nor the skill of the player.

Virtual prerequisites:

Each section features an alternative DLC-free version.

Personal prerequisites:
  • A little bit of training if you don't really know the missions yet
  • A microphone to be able to play as a team
  • A decent anticipation and communication skill
  • Lots of patience and perseverance
Now let's deal with the reason of your visit, the presentation of the build.
Skills: Mastermind

The central column, "Controller", is very useful to keep control upon a crowded room if you don't wish to slaughter innocent people.
  • "Forced friendship" allows you to bring more ties and to use them faster.

  • "Confident" enhances your voice and intimidates civs and opponents from a longer distance.

  • "Stockholm syndrome" keeps civs intimidated for a longer period of time.
Skills: Enforcer

The central column, "Tank", provides an appreciable quality-of-life improvement.
  • "Resilience" gives access to "Transporter".

  • "Transporter" makes your life easier by improving your bag-throwing distance.
The right column, "Ammo specialist", is dedicated to the use of the OVE9000 Saw.
  • "Scavenger" gives access to "Portable saw".

  • "Portable saw" unlocks the OVE9000 Saw as a secondary weapon and provides one extra saw blade.

  • "Extra lead" allows you to keep a decent management of the amount of ammo required by the OVE9000 Saw.
Skills: Technician

The left column, "Engineer", allows you to bring a second deployable.
  • "Third law" and "Sentry targeting package" give access to "Jack of all trades".

  • "Jack of all trades" is a very useful skill that lets you pick a second deployable: you will be able to use half of the usual value of the said equipment. Thanks to this you will be able to bring some mines or an ammo bag during the missions.
The central column, "Breacher", is an important drill improvement.
  • "Hardware expert" improves drills speed, makes them silent and gives them a chance to automatically restart when they are broken.

  • "Drill sawgeant" improves the efficiency of the drills.

  • "Kickstarter" allows you to try to restart broken drills with a melee attack.

  • "More firepower" provides 7 additional trip mines, along with 3 shaped charges.
Skills: Ghost

The left column, "Shinobi", is indeed the heart of this build.
  • "Chameleon" allows you to pick up keycards before masking up.

  • "Cleaner" allows you a better management of your body bags.

  • "Sixth sense" automatically marks your opponents around after a few seconds of immobility.

  • "Nimble" enables you to temporarily jam a camera and to lockpick most of the safes.

  • "ECM overdrive" lets you open some door with an ECM.

  • "ECM specialist" adds a second ECM jammer to your inventory and increases its efficiency.
The central column, "Artful dodger", provides you some useful advantages.
  • "Duck and cover" and "Parkour" increase your movement speed.

  • "Inner pockets" improves your melee wepon concealment.
Skills: Fugitive

The left column, "Gunslinger", will let you spend your left points.
  • "Equilibrium allows you to draw your gun faster and increases its accuracy.

Its an ok build, but a lot of the things can be personal touches, so mine is a little different but hey its okay, we all have our personal preferences, so if anyone doesn't like the build please don't complain, make it fit your setup. Just thought I would put that out to anyone complaining.

Thanks for updating your guide, very good build! 👍

Well, I agree with all this but I just want to underline your second part that I believe to be interesting in the case of a FugiMind or a FugiForcer build. When you already carry weapons that have a concealment value of (around) 30, you don't need to take the Ghost perks you're talking about (Optical Illusions & Specialized Killing). Why? Because we are talking about pure stealth here: the less you need to shoot, the better. Hence the use of skills elsewhere. But parts 1 and 3 are completely true. :)

Additionally, I should make a quick "Tactics" note here. You can, if you get Detected, immediately yell at the Guard to make him cuff himself in surprise. This will still set off his pager, but now you don't risk him firing his EXTREMELY FREAKING LOUD gun and alerting everyone. It's better to go undetected, period, but if you get found out, you do have a small safety net of sorts.

Also, it's worth noting that Ghost has a skill that reduces Silencer concealment penalties; Combined with the SDM S, you can get positive concealment from silencing a weapon, or if you use the Jungle Ninja Suppressor, you can mitigate the penalty somewhat, and reap the accuracy and stability buffs.

Last thing, and I cannot say this enough; The camera loop is your friend. If a cam's in a particularly troublesome spot, looping it can buy you some time to crack that door, move a body or loot, or otherwise get away with things you have no business doing otherwise.

No problem, I'm already ingame to make a list of the mods.
Sintag 22 Feb, 2017 @ 1:39pm
(NOTE: In terms of DLC anyway, the base gun is free. It's my bad; You'll need the AK/CAR Packs to make it that concealable. I'll run over my mod setup for the gun when I get the chance.)
Sintag 22 Feb, 2017 @ 1:35pm
No problem. It's also entirely free, and if you ask me, a decent stealth primary if you prefer hitscan stuff without having to take much in the way of skills. Just keep in mind it'll need a few mods to hit that insane concealibility, and you're almost certainly sacrificing all firepower.
