2x4 parking with pedestrian connection

Description
Bigger 2x4 version of 2x3 parking - parking with pedestrian connection in the middle.
It's best to place it at the end of internal road (no additional intesection is created). It will allow pedestioans to cross it to main road - like on screenshot.
