@JAB Creations, it can be adjusted if you open the file yourself in MODS in the XML

This would be interesting as a WONDER but not as a regular building. Can you just adjust it to be a wonder instead please with a 5% culture buff civilization wide or a 20% city cultural buff?

@A Most Sovereign Lady I don't think that's what it does. I think I removed the civ wide Culture buff. If not then I'll tweak it somehow
