The rain has become toxic, and that the more wet you are, the higher the toxicity level, which can potentially kill you. Consuming alcohol will lower your toxicity level, and that the first level of wetness from rain exposure is enough to start affecting your health.
While the concept isn't bad at all -- something that I've been looking for, actually -- it is a bit confusing:
Is there any way to determine how much toxicity we've absorbed? If it can affect like the zombie infection can in which enough exposure can be lethal and give us a limited amount of time to live?
Perhaps you can expand on the description and explain exactly what this mod does in great detail, just in case some people aren't fully informed. That being said, I'll have to give this a shot later.
