Not sure why i called this Pack 4 its actually my 15th pack and im currently working on a BNW Pack 3
Big thanks to Thunder_clan_2 for many many ideas

Unlocks at Steam power
Requires Military Academys in all Cities

I fairly quickly started playing with mods, rather than just the vanilla version of BNW, and achievements don't get awarded (apparently!) for modded play. Of course I am also severly disabled so what else do I do? But that means you should reduce the hours by nearly a third as I also play very slow!!

@polycarpuk I don't have this problem so it must be a conflict with a different mod. But I got to ask, how does one okay 10000 hours and only get 17 achievements?

Unfortunately I am getting Lighthouses appearing as available in every city, whether they have a coastline or not. Gather this is not the first Lighthouse mod to have this problem. Otherwise avery useful pack that I like, a lot.
