LW2: Squad Insignias (LWOTC compatible)

Description
Adds several new squad insignias for use on Long War 2 (required), based on a previous mod I made for XCOM: EU/EW. It currently has the following insignias:

* XCOM shield with Greek alphabet letters in black/yellow
* XCOM shield with assorted symbols (from real military units and others)
* Shoulder Sleeve Insignias (SSIs) from contemporary and historical U.S. military units, including infantry and airborne divisions, special forces and other units

This mod is work in progress - it is the first one I ever made for Steam and I'm just learning how everything works

Big thank you to robojumper because of his LW2: Requested Squad Icons mod, since it inspired me to do this mod. He's also the author of the LW2: Better Squad Icon Selector mod.

This mod is compatible with LWOTC - all you need to do is install LWOTC.

Do we still need to install Long War 2 or does Long war of the Chosen replace it?

I've just tested it and this mod is compatible with Long War of the Chosen without any modifications. You don't need the LW2: Better Squad Icon Selector, just install LWOTC and all its required mods, get this mod and you're good to go! :)

Hey, Hobbes___. Just noticed this mod has ~16MB of unneeded base game code included. This directory can be deleted:

Thanks for making the mod. It's always nice to have more variety in the game. I also just noticed that 8 of the U.S. Division patches are "phantom" divisions. They were created during the misinformation campaign against the Germans in WW2.

Would like to see some Marine, and regimental patches.
