Always struggling with those zombies? Dragons always striking at the wrong times? These tricks will help you defend yourself, reach that one loot block, and simply make your game easier and more fun. Let's get started:

Mobility
Let's start with double jumping. You can jump twice even if you simply walk over the edge. Use this to create a path to hell without having to build a staircase. Simply tap jump 2 times right before you reach the ground.

Moving diagonally is faster then moving straight forward. No longer will you miss those dragon drops!

Jumping is also slightly faster then simply moving forward.

Jump around if a zombie is chasing you to keep track of it easier.

Jumping also makes dragons and skeletons less likely to hit you.
Combat
Make sure to lead your targets when firing!

You have good hip fire accuracy when not moving, allowing you to land shots on your target while getting a clear view all around you.

The rifle has terrible accuracy, so only use it as a last resort at close range!

The assault rifle has good accuracy, a high rate of fire, high damage, and long range, making it a very versatile weapon. However, it goes through ammo fast, and won't last as long as other weapons.

The pistol is a good last resort if all your other weapons are out of ammo.

The shotgun is an amazing close range weapon. However, it suffers from a terrible rate of fire, the pellets don't move very fast, and you cannot switch weapons for a while after firing, making this a high risk, high reward weapon.

The smg is very accurate, but has short range and a lower magazine size than the assault rifle. Combined with its extremely high rate of fire, this weapon will run out of ammo fast, but can do large burst damage at close range.

The lmg is not that accurate, but has a huge drum magazine and good damage, making it good for short-medium range. However, it takes a HUGE amount of time to reload, and combined with the fairly high rate of fire, you will be reloading quite a bit.

Laser weapons have extremely high damage, but suffer with durability. (also, the laser rifle is really the only rifle you can acually use)

Bloodstone weapons have high durability and high damage, making them extremely powerful. However, they require a lot of bloodstone to obtain, which can be troublesome to gather.

headshots, believe it or not, will do extra damage! (tested with aliens, unsure about dragons.)
Glitches
Try shooting those loot blocks with a laser shotgun! Every beam that hits will cause more loot to drop, allowing for up to 5 times the loot!

Jumping into blocks at the right angle will cause you to glitch through. Use this in your base to make a door monsters cannot get through!

If you have one round less of a full mag the game will not consume the ammo. For example when using a assault rifle, if you have 29 rounds left. Instead of reloading the gun early to get 30 rounds. Instead dump the entire mag reload 29 rounds and still have 29 rounds in reserve. Now you will forever have ammo aslong as you dont reload early or create/pickup anymore ammo. This glitch only works when you have less ammo than a full mag. pistol/rifle has to have less than 8 rounds. assault rifle less than 30 lmg less then 100 and so on.
