Autoplay for AI Battle Royal

Description
Start the game in Autoplay, using Observer Camera based on Firaxis code.

H : display all controls
U : show/hide User Interface
I : toggle Automatic Camera
Shift+N : toggle Notifications (war, peace, new cities, ...)
Shift+S : toggle Silent Mode (no message at all except "Help" on press H)
Shift+A : toggle Autoplay (you have to wait for the start of next turn)
Shift+W : toggle Auto Declare War (each Civilization will try to declare one new war each turn)
Shift+T: toggle Turn Timer
Shift-E: toggle Auto-end turn (when Autoplay is stopped)
Q : toggle Quick Movement/Combat


Known issues:
- don't click on city banners, the UI will crash
- may crash on leaving game (to desktop or main menu)

Mod works however crashes a lot and is very bugging. Some things don't work please fix this.

Mod does not work. I tried about 5 different things to get it to work properly, but I kept running into the same issues. 1. H does nothing. 2. Other commands did not work, Shift+T did nothing and Shift+E crashed the game. 3. While Shift+A seemed to work fine, the game never actually progressed, I thought at one point it was because I didn't have the timer on at all but after going into auto-play mode the timer becomes stuck on 55 seconds. All I want to do is watch an AI-battle but so far I have yet to see a mod that works, maybe I'm stupid, maybe it's another mod I have installed, but as of right now it doesn't work and many other people seem to have been having similar problems since 2019.
