What other mods are you using? Also, try moving monstergirls as far as possible down the modlist so nothing overwrites it, except lamia or whatever other monstergirl mod you might be using... Something is interfering with monstergirls' ability to access Things/Item/Resource/AnimalProductRaw/EggRound... this is usually the work of another mod so check your mod order.
