The series
Post Mortem is (might be) a series of maps in which I explore some of my favorite test elements, gameplay mechanics and visuals from the Portal series.

The map
In this map I'll focus on my favorite mobility gel: Conversion Gel, combined with momentum, a function of mass and velocity that is conserved between portals. All this in an open Enrichment Sphere in some of the test shafts underground. The sphere was built in 1982 shortly before Cave Johnson's death.

Nice! I really like good conversion gel levels and this one is a great example of one.

It doesn't feel too original though. It takes more than a little bit from the original Portal 2 campaign -not only the environments and voice lines but even the puzzle progression seems like an alternate, slightly different version of sp_a3_portal_intro. It's a bit too similar. Anyway, I'm giving it a thumbs up.

The tower jumping part is just completely unnecessary, boring, needs to do teh same 1 move 20x times, and if you screw up your portals you are back, this isnt fun, this is a chore:steamthumbsdown:
