Great Weapon Speed Fix (No DLC weapons)

Great Swords and Battle axes now swing a little bit faster, its not much but it gives a much better feel to them and makes them useful without unbalacing the game.

Before the weapons would make a loud swing noise while moving so slow that i felt like you were petting the enemies, not you can feel it strike, and with the added speed they are also now useful in combat.

All Great Swords and Battle axes has been fixed from 0.7 speed to 1, normal swords are at 1.5 so its still the correct speed just now the sound and speed hits together rather then the weapon being slower then the sound it makes.
