if this doesn't work for you try DXVX it is a mob that has been highly rated to fix this problem.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ALREADY HAD NVAC INSTALLED WHILE YOU COULDNT LOAD OR START A NEW GAME, just uninstall and reinstall, using FOMM.
