@Ananse: I really liked this mod, but the bonus issue bugged me out. So I ended up doing some changes around, which eventually escalated up high, and now I feel my governments version should feel OP. Regardless, as is it might spur some ideas to you upon your next update:

Looks like GLOBALISM_TOURISM (ModifierId) amount is 30, not 50%. Nice mod!

I just wanted you to know just how much better this game is with your group of treatments. Linear Civ is a great bonus, but, everytime the creators make something new, as I am sure you know, your treatments get demolished and we are back to square one. This is what happens and happened on the 19th NOV, again. Such a time consumming fault to have to reinstall these mods, all mods in fact, every time they change the base codes. Not your fault, but, here we go again. My real question is how do we prevent them from screwing up our games in progress, just because they add something they think we want?

Just in general, no changes to the database really effect the AI at all, because the AI isn't even smart enough to know what techs/civics/districts exist in vanilla.

Do the AI use this at all? It'd be pretty frustrating if they only stick to the older governments and you get penalized by it in diplomatic relations with them.

The Legacy bonuses are what I meant, as it just says "no bonus" there.

1) the new goernments DO have bonuses. They don't have added affects from Government Centers in this mod because Gov Centers aren't added in this mod. They don't have Legacy Bouses because that's not possible right now AFAIK.

2)Slots were reduced across the board to make sure it was never possible to get above 5 slots of any policy type, which breaks the UI

So two questions:
1) Do plan on finishing this by adding bonuses for the new governments?
2) Is there a reason that you dropped the final tier to only 7 cards instead of 8?
