PRO TIPS:

*Found out that at least a few of the books can be obtained by walking on the ground beneath the area the book should be.

For example:

-walking under the car in A&R Autoshop may trigger the Alex's hidden book.
-walking under the pillar in Rollingwood - Park may trigger Mike's hidden book.
-walking under the branch in Crossed Streams Forest may trigger Paul's hidden book.
-walking under the air conditioner in Flatirons Mall may trigger Ryan's hidden book.
-walking under the storage unit in R.C.H.S. basement may trigger Provie's hidden book.

If you can't find the book in described locations, check the character's move list, you may have unintentionally already picked it up.

*You can use any character to obtain any book. Using characters with double jump such as Provie and Wes can make the task easier.
