Customize UIEventNotice

Описание
Made the event ticker customizable, using <steam library folder>\SteamApps\workshop\content\268500\885278302
\Config\XComGameCore.ini , you may change the duration of how long the event stays on screen, or values regarding the expanded list shown in the screen shot.

Works in both strategic and tactical layer.

Known Issue: If turned on with EUAimRolls DIRTY_CINEMATIC, the expand button will show up in cinematics and loading screens.

Shame this mod never got an update for WOTC. I find it almost impossible to actually read the notices without this mod, they just disappear too quickly.

Can confirm that I can not load the game with this mod, even via AlternativeModLauncher. Running LWOTC. Mod needs an update, for both WOTC and LWOTC to work with this mod as far as I can see.

Cool mod! I'm not seeing the notices about "Patrick Taylor uses Fire Weapon on Codex for 53%" And the roll thresholds, etc. that I see in the screenshot. I only see notices like "Advent Officer is still poisoned", etc.

Is this a known issue? Is there another mod that shows these notifications, or maybe another of my many mods conflicting with this one?

Not compatible with WOTC. Crashes the game on start.
