i5-4210U 1.70ghz - 12gb ram - nvidia geforce 820m - 1366 x 768 - windows 8.1 (its an asus laptop)

I really don't know how to recreate this, it just happens when turning all video option to low and can't revert it :( It happens to any video cutscene including the intro. Hope that helps ya

Can you please tell me your PC specs/resolution and if you found a way to reproduce it?
