ACI Warden Class Corvette, produced by Ares Combat Industries

Meet the all new ACI Warden. ACI’s first 4th Generation ship to be released. This marvel of engineering was created to replace the aging Defender Class Corvette. If you look at both closely you might be able to see some similarities, since the Warden and the Defender share a similar hull. The Warden features upgraded weapon systems consisting out of an array of PD (Point Defense) turrets and unlike the Defender, which had 4 Gatling turrets, the engineers working on the Warden decided to replace two Gatling turrets with more powerful missile turrets. Additionally, the Warden is capable of atmospheric flight featuring three large atmospheric engines that keep the vessel afloat at all times. The Warden is mostly used as patrol craft and as an areal support vessel for ground troops.



To leave a planet’s atmosphere this vessel needs to come to a full stop before you accelerate upwards. All thrust needs to come from the upward thrusters or else the vessel might not be able to leave the atmosphere.

It's OK, I think it was a glitch in the server.. But in theory, all connectors should be connected to all other connectors?

I've just built this, but I can't seem to figure out the connectors, its got an upper and lower on both sides, but none of them seem to be able to transfer from the connector to the turrets... Am I missing an obvious reason or someting?

The ship operates differently in creative versus survival modes. I can confirm it can escape 1G in creative, it cannot in survival.

@Zankar I have tested it several times and worked fine every time. You have to be at full thrust and only be going upward in order to leave a planets gravity well.
