It's much easier though after you've unlocked the Alfa Romeo Alfetta or the Lancia Stratos.

You can unlock this by never speeding up (never touching spacebar) during a trip.
You should start the game from the Intro and let it play out without touching anything. This way you can unlock Silent Sage, Not Game, Road Trip and Ending L or K in one run. You'll also automatically pick up

The game can be broken up to four parts:

1. The intro
   In thsi part you don't have any real choices
   
2. Roma to Civitavecchia/Bracciano
   In this part you can pick up 2 hitchikers and choose where to head next.
   
3. Civitavecchia/Bracciano to Siena/Piombino
   If you reach Civitavecchia or Bracciano, you'll unlock it as a starting location. You can achieve each ending by starting from this level.
   
4. Siena/Piombino to Viareggio

All endings give you achievements (they seem to unlock after quitting the game, but you can check it at the credits sequence after completion).

• Drive without crashing too much until Piombino. She'll note this in Piombino.
  
• From Piombino to Viareggio drive as fast as possible.

• Race Valerio to Siena (it's easier if you win it - use the Datsun, for some reason it's easier to win the race with it than with the faster cars).
  
• Chase the orange car to Viareggio (you need to get close to trigger it and keep it in sight).

• Start from Bracciano
  
• Race Valerio to Siena.
  
• Don't chase the orange car to Viareggio (drive slowly).

• Start from Civitavecchia
  
• Ditch Olga
  
• Go towards Piombino
  
• Let the police catch you (overtake you), say to the investigator that Gorilla threatened you.

• Start from Civitavecchia

• Go towards Piombino
  
• Don't let the police catch you (overtake you).

• Go towards Siena without stopping at the bank.
  
• 'Look around' in Siena, then agree to the race (it's easiest if you say your car broke down, you can also unlock the Lancia Stratos this way).
  
• Win the race.

• Ditch Olga.
  
• Say the following to the priest (you shouldn't speed up, and you might need to go backwards a bit to leave enough time for the whole conversation before the nursing home):
  - So… What brought you on the Via Aurelia?
  - How intriguing. Is this person a "she"?
  - …Oh. Where does she live?
  - Do you visit her often?
  - Ten years… That's quite a long time.
  Later:
  - Tell me, Padre—where exactly is this nursing home?"
  - Padre… Where is your mother staying?
  - Why, Padre?
  - That's just one more reason to visit.
  - Well, if that is what you truly feel. But…
  - But you would be with her, nonetheless.
  - You don't have to forgive. Just be there.
  - Who cares? You're still a man, Padre.
  - Alright, so where is this nursing home?
  - Alright, Padre.
  
• Stop at the nursing home (about halfway), then continue on (you can speed up now).

• Start from Bracciano
  
• Race Valerio to Siena.
  
• Ditch Olga.
  
• Don't talk to the priest on the road.

• Start from Civitavecchia

• Go towards Siena without stopping at the bank.
  
• Ditch Gorilla.
  
• Say the following to the priest:
  - What do you think about the Moro kidnapping?
  - Yeah, the so-called “firm line”
  - If only we could help somehow...

• Drive recklessly, crashing a lot. She'll note this in Piombino.
  
• From Piombino to Viareggio drive as slow as possible (if you don't touch spacebar here you're good to go).

• Stop at a bank on the way to Piombino
  
• Let the police catch you (overtake you), say to the investigator that you were a 'willing partner'.

• Start from Civitavecchia

• Go towards Siena without stopping at the bank.
  
• 'Look around' in Siena, then agree to the race.
  
• Lose the race.

• Reach Siena with Olga

• Pick up the hitchhiker (Lorenza). Tell her:
  - The name's Lella. Nice to meet you.
  - Not in the mood to talk, I see.
  - This Moro thing must be making everyone nervous.
  - Hey, look, it's making you talk too!
  - So the terrorists will probably kill him!
  - You don't think Red Brigades is a terrorist group?
  - So, I guess you are in the mood to talk about it.
  - I'm not implying. I'm asking. Are you?
  - I wouldn't know what one looks like.
  - But you're acting nervous, and I'm not.
  - Agreed. We're almost at your destination anyway.
  - ...If Lorenza is even your real name.

• Reach Siena with Olga

• Pick up the hitchhiker (Duccio). Tell him:
  - I'm Lella. Nice to meet you.
  - Sure thing. What are you doing on the road?
  - A farmer...may I ask you something, sir?
  - Are there still fireflies in the country, Duccio?
  - So, the early 60s?
  - He wrote about the disappearing fireflies.
  - He said it accompanied the rise of a new fascism.
  - We're on the same page about that, sir!
  - See? You deserve that “sir” after all!

• Reach Siena with Olga

• Have the following 3 conversation with the priest on the road (you shouldn't speed up to have enough time for all 3):
  - So tell me about your job, Padre.
  - So what? It's still a job, isn't it?
  - "Vocation." So, you hear voices?
  - But you don't…? Has he stopped talking to you?
  - I'm sorry, Padre.
  Later:
  - What do you think about the Moro kidnapping?
  - Yeah, the so called "firm line."
  - If only we could help somehow…

  - I'm curious… What do you think of Paul VI?
  - He said some strong words on Aldo Moro's behalf.

• At Viareggio, tell the priest:

You'll unlock it by finishing the game with Gorilla without changing cars.



You'll unlock it by taking Gorilla to Siena without stopping, 'looking around', saying 'your car broke down', then winning the race with Jacky's car.



You'll unlock it by beating Valerio in the race from Bracciano to Siena with a fast car and changing to his vehicle.



You'll unlock it by losing the race with Valerio from Bracciano to Siena and keeping Olga.



You'll unlock it by ditching Olga in Siena and joining Edoardo in his car.



You'll unlock it if you avoid the race with Valerio from Bracciano by turning to Piombino on the road.
